Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Conaway, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Buffalo Rock Company, is responsible for leading the company’s financial operations including compliance and reporting (accounting), liquidity (treasury management), and economic return (financial planning and analysis). Additional areas of oversight are comprised of aviation, information technology, legal, and other administrative support functions of the company.
Prior to joining Buffalo Rock, Kevin served in various financial senior leadership positions across a broad spectrum of industries including three separate startup entities (two in healthcare; one in banking software), a food service distributor, and a publicly traded restaurant company.
Kevin was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Auburn University with a major in finance. He began his career with BellSouth Corporation in the sales and marketing organization working in the areas of sales, contracts, and product management. Kevin subsequently accepted a position with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLC where he earned his Certified Public Accounting designation while serving multiple clients in various industries as Business Assurance Manager.
Kevin and his wife, Charlotte, have three children: Jordan, graduate of the University of Mississippi and critical care nurse in Jackson, Mississippi; David, student at the University of Georgia; and Grace Anne, student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kevin and his wife reside in Birmingham, attend Church of the Highlands, and enjoy all things Auburn, giving back to their community, traveling, and reading.
