 Buffalo Rock Company acquired the Gadsden Pepsi-Cola franchise from Walter Back in July,1977.
This acquisition made it the first franchise purchased outside the Birmingham market.
The Gadsden Division distributes to 12 counties which include Calhoun, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Dekalb, Etowah, Marshall, Randolph, Talladega and parts of Blount, Jackson and St. Clair. Gadsden is the second largest of the Buffalo Rock distribution centers.
To better service the entire population base, a Talladega distribution center was added in September, 2006 with 55 employee-partners servicing the counties of Calhoun, Talladega, Cleburne, Clay and Randolph.
 Our strength is in our people and the diversity of services offered. We provide soft drinks, coffee service, full line vending, cafeteria services, and catering needs for much of northeast Alabama.
